In terms of scenario adaptation, T-Chef has demonstrated a complete product line ranging from flexible single machines to high-capacity, large-scale models. On-site test data show that one operator can simultaneously manage 2 to 3 machines, with a peak output of 140 kg in a single 2-hour continuous cooking session, improving overall labor efficiency by 3 to 5 times compared to traditional kitchens. In addition, the equipment's thermal efficiency is optimized by 20% compared to traditional burners, and nitrogen oxide emissions are reduced by 50%, achieving a delicate balance between performance improvement and low-carbon operation.
